In December 2023, the Group subscribed for a 30% Cumulative Preferred Ordinary shareholding in Dempsey Group Limited which is the 100% parent company of Ai Marine Risk Limited (“Ai Marine”), a London-based Managing General Agency (“MGA”). Ai Marine was established by Tom Fulford-Smith and Charles D’Alton, both experienced marine insurance specialists with a track record of delivering growth. Ai Marine will focus on marine hull insurance and with a strong focus on the UK & Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.
