In April 2025, the Group subscribed for an 8% shareholding in iO Finance Partners Topco Limited (“iO Partners”).
iO Partners aims to build a leading player in the alternative financing market by bringing together a diverse range of finance providers to support the UK economy and SMEs. The company’s strategy focuses on addressing a funding gap within the UK market, with plans to acquire three alternative finance providers as the first step in its growth.
